How it Works

We arrive at your home at a pre-arranged time to drop off your DIY or Deluxe setup. We will then check everything is in order and then leave to let you and your family enjoy the party! Set up time takes approximately 20-40 minutes depending on how many beds you have. Packing up after the event is much quicker. The next day, at an agreed time we arrive, pack up and go. It's that easy.

Certainly. We can expand the package to include as many as you need providing we have availability, complete with all the regular bedding and accessories. If you've got the space, we've got you covered.

Each Themes & Dreams Tent requires around 185cm depth (including mattress) and 90cm width. We can arrange in various configurations (line-up, semi-circle, aisles) depending on your space. If you're unsure, please message us. We are not insured to move your furniture. If it's deluxe and you need more space or to move furniture we will set up what we can and have to leave the rest to you to set up. We have a very tight schedule and delays cause a knock on effect. Please ensure you have space as we want it to be as magical for your children as possible and as stress free for you! We will do our absolute best but there will be no refunds if you have paid Deluxe and we can't set up all tents as required due to space.

Standard hire is usually overnight. If you wish to hire for more than one night just make a note in your booking and we can arrange it (additional night rate applies).

If you need to cancel or change dates you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your event. A change of date will be based on the availability of the preferred date. No refunds are granted for cancellations within 14 days of your event date.

You can view the themes we currently have available on our website but if you have a special theme, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book your event as soon as you have settled on a date. Initial payment of a 50% non refundable deposit secures your date and theme.

We recommend children are 3 years and over for a sleepover party. However, we can rent out tents for the day for younger children and as our mattresses are 185cm long there is no upper age limit.

After each event, all bedding is laundered. Mattresses, tent covers, decorative pillows, and styling items are disinfected and spot cleaned.

Head over to our Themes & Packages page, select your preferred theme and fill out the enquiry form. We will confirm your booking via email. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

We require a minimum 14 days notice given for requests to change the date of the booking or cancellation. The customer's request can then be granted on the provision that the preferred date is available.
